Tripura Textbook Management Portal

The Tripura Textbook Management System (TTMS) Portal is an integrated online platform developed by State Council of Educational Research and Training, Tripura to streamline the planning, requisition, approval, allocation, and distribution of free textbooks for students from Balvatika to Class VIII across the state of Tripura.

The portal facilitates efficient communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved in the textbook distribution process. Schools submit their annual textbook requisitions online based on student enrolment. These requisitions are verified and approved by the respective Inspectors of Schools (I/S) and District Education Officers (DEOs) before being forwarded to the State Education Department for final processing.

One of the key achievements of the portal is the timely distribution of free textbooks, ensuring that students receive their books before the commencement of the academic session. This supports uninterrupted teaching and learning from the very first day of school and contributes to improving the overall quality of elementary education in the state.
